About Youth Unlimited & the People Development Team
Youth Unlimited (YFC Toronto) exists to see young people in the Greater Toronto Area lead wholistic, hopeful, faith-filled lives as they encounter a loving and life-changing God. We believe that as youth grow into fully devoted followers of Jesus, they will restore their families and neighborhoods and have the power to transform our city. With over 70 staff, more than 500 volunteers, and 60 initiatives impacting approximately 1,500 young people weekly, we work with a commitment to partnership, grassroots innovation, and long-term relationships in the communities we serve.
The People Development team fosters a flourishing work environment through people care, equipping, and stewardship. By supporting the growth, placement, and well-being of our people, the team helps ensure that Youth Unlimited can increasingly reach more youth, in more communities, with transformative impact. The People Stewardship Lead will play a critical role in this work by overseeing hiring, role placement, transitions, and HR processes, ensuring staff are well-supported, aligned with their roles, and empowered to thrive.
